SalemWise Solutions operates an AI-powered virtual front desk on behalf of small and medium businesses. When you call or interact with a business that uses our virtual front desk service, our system will inform you that transactional SMS messages may be sent to your phone number. Your explicit verbal consent is obtained during the phone interaction before any messages are sent.

During the call, the virtual front desk will state:

"We'd like to send you a text message to confirm your appointment and, if applicable, provide a secure payment link. Do you consent to receiving these text messages at this phone number?"

Only after you provide verbal confirmation ("yes," "sure," "okay," or similar affirmative response) will SMS messages be sent to your number.

What Messages You Will Receive

If you provide consent, you may receive the following types of transactional SMS messages:

  • Appointment Confirmations — Confirming the date, time, and details of your appointment.

  • Appointment Reminders — Reminding you of an upcoming appointment.

  • Payment Links — A secure Stripe payment link to complete payment for services rendered.
