If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
SalemWise Solutions provides AI-powered virtual front desk services, automation consulting, and related technology solutions for small and medium businesses ("SMB Clients"). As part of these services, we may send transactional SMS messages to end customers on behalf of our SMB Clients, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and secure payment links processed through Stripe.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing verbal consent during a phone interaction with our virtual front desk, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointment or service request. These messages are not marketing communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Typically 1–5 messages per appointment or service request.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payments
Payments processed through our platform are handled by Stripe. By making a payment through a link provided via SMS, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. SalemWise Solutions is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by Stripe or your financial institution.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when interacting with our services. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the SalemWise Solutions website and platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Iskhak LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. SalemWise Solutions does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice through its virtual front desk services.
