Who we are: AI automation & integration for small and mid-size businesses
SalemWise Solutions builds Corpus, page-cited AI search over an engineering firm's project archive. Corpus answers plain-language questions from drawings, specs, calc packages and geotech reports (Set up for you: scanned sheets are OCR’d as part of setup), and cites its sources for you to open and check. It is built for civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, surveying and mining consultancies of 20 to 500 employees, and runs on the firm's own hardware (a local NVIDIA GPU on its network) or ours.
We are a team of software engineers led by Yermek Ibray (Founder & CEO), based in Plainsboro, NJ. In 2025 we also built AI assistants for HOAs, legal teams, invoices and websites; they are no longer offered.

Software engineer for 16+ years, at Google, Meta, Hopper and Stash, most recently building generative AI and LLM systems. At SalemWise he leads the AI automation and integration work, builds Corpus, Nxivo and TensorSwing, and works directly with each business’s owners and IT lead.

Corpus by SalemWise. Corpus helps engineering firms win work from their own past projects: a suggested bid/no-go score on a new RFQ, each scored factor linked to its sources, an SOQ draft with page citations to check, and a fee build with the fee math done by code. Arithmetic done in code is only as good as its inputs and formulas, so a qualified person still checks them. When the archive does not hold the answer, it is designed to say "Nothing on file".
Built for civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, surveying, and mining consultancies of 20 to 500 employees. Archives we have scoped have run 5 to 10 TB, on SharePoint or OneDrive plus network drives, often ProjectWise. Corpus runs in the browser; Microsoft Teams and the other tools your firm uses are connected during setup. Set up for you No connector is ready-made; each is built for your archive during setup.
