What it does

Each pick names a role, a person, the reasons cited to the roster or résumé page, and how much of their time is open. The staff records below list the roster, each person's HR record and renewals coming due.

Who uses it

Business development leads and project managers building the team. Pay, utilization and certifications are for the principal and HR only.

Open demo.salemwise.com/?path=principal in a browser on a laptop. The steps below are the ones we took on 2026-10-10, viewing as Priya Ramesh, PE (Principal).

  1. Open the principal path and click SOQ under the RFQ line.
  2. Under item 2, read Suggested team · Key staff. In our run: principal in charge, project manager, hydraulic modeler and project engineer.
  3. Check each pick's reasons and page chips, such as 25% open in Nov 2026 cited to the roster.
  4. Click Accept on a pick. It shows Accepted with an Undo button, and the Key staff field fills in.
  5. Check the text in the field, then click Save Key staff.
  6. Scroll to Staff and HR records for the roster, each HR record and the renewals due in the next 90 days.

Demo data is fictional: the firm, Cedar Run Civil + Water, its people, and every record marked Fictional sample are made up. The rest of the archive is real public engineering documents, filed under the fictional firm's project names, and the RFQs are real public RFQs.

What a person still checks

  • Each pick. Availability and fit are a person's call.
  • The SOQ checklist still needs a person to confirm it, and contacts stay yours to type.
  • The agencies, firms, people and amounts are a fictional sample.
