Roles: who sees what

Switch between a principal and a project engineer. The firm's rate sheet, contracts, playbook and bid results stay with the people allowed to see them.

A 30-second video of this flow is on the way. Until then, the demo shows it live.

What you see in the demo
  • View as switches between 10 fictional people at a sample firm, including a principal and a project engineer. Demo roles: anyone can switch here; real use needs sign-in.
  • A project on a client-confidential hold is removed before search runs, so the engineer's answers never draw on it.
  • The engineer can draft a fee but cannot approve it or use the firm's rate sheet. Contracts, the playbook, bid results, résumés and HR files are restricted too.
  • The Roles tour shows the same archive from each seat, step by step: rate sheet, fee, redlines, bid results and competitors, staff records and everyone at the firm.

Demo records use fictional sample firms.
